I have used Dan several times and will continue using Dan's services in the future for my furnace, air conditioner and water heater needs. My furnace went out on Thanksgiving so I gave him a call the next day and he came that morning and had it fixed that same morning at a fair price. Another time I had lightning strike my house and resulted in 3 parts electrocuted in my furnace. Dan diagnosed the problem and fixed the furnace the same day. Very fair pricing. Dan also replaced my water heater and took the old one with him. He also did little extra things that would add to the efficiency and safety of the water heater. Dan also took the time to go over the proper maintenance and asked if "I had any further question." If you want a good service experience "Yours By Design" is the way to go !!
